GREEN TEA RECIPES:
- Take 4 cups of water
- 1 tea spoon of carom seeds
- 1 tea spoon of fennel seeds
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 small piece of ginger
- ½ tea spoon of green tea leaves
Heat water and add carom, fennel seeds cinnamon and ginger in it. Leave it for some time until water boils.
Turn off the flame and add green tea leave in it cover it off for 5 minutes.
Drink 5 cups of green tea a day.
- Take 1 cup of water
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1/2 lemon
- ½ tea spoon of green tea
Add mint leaves in water and leave it to boil.
When it boils turn off the flame add green tea leaves and cover it off for 5 minutes.
Put it in the cup and add half a lemon in it and drink.
